2 MEN STRIPPED NAKED WITH GOAT's TIED AROUND THEIR NECK, FOR STEALING GOAT

Two men were beaten and paraded naked around town after they allegedly stole goats in one of the South Eastern states of the country.
The identity of the men and the location of the act is yet to be revealed.
