The day after she dazzled at the MTV Video Music Awards in a glittering gold dress, the 18-year-old decided to pop out to get a new piercing.
Not really fussed about a proper outfit, Kylie looked like she had turned up straight after a work out in a skimpy grey and black bralet and a pair of leggings.
The star added to her piercings with one half way up her right ear and documented the whole thing on Snapchat.
