THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY SUPPORTS KANYE WEST BID TO BECOME PRESIDENT IN 2020

The rapper claimed he'll be entering the 2020 race for the White House as he picked up his moon man at the 2015 MTV VMAs

Kanye West announced he's running for President in 2020 at the MTV VMAs and he's already got approval from the Democrat party.

The rapper revealed his political intentions in a 12 minute speech at the award show as he picked up the Vanguard Video award.

We're not sure how serious Kanye was about his presidential aspirations - he admitted to smoking a joint before coming out on stage - but he's already secured some major political backing from the Democrats who sent their support to the Yeezus rapper on Twitter.

They wrote: "Last night @kanyewest declared his candidacy for president in 2020. Welcome to the race, Mr. West. Glad to have you."
