Kim wore a black plunging bra beneath a sheer high-neck shirt, which she wore under a black velvet jacket despite the soaring temperatures in the Big Apple.

Not letting her pregnancy stop her from wearing heels, Kim wore a pair of peep-toe black knee-high boots.
