FAKE POLICE ACCIDENTALLY TRIED TO ARREST A REAL POLICE OFFICER

18-year old Joshua Rosene of Virginia took pranking to a new level, and he’s in a new type of trouble for it. According to the Washington Post, the young, not-thinking-straight native of Manassas got some fake police lights, and threw them on his Pontiac, with the goal of tricking a roadster into thinking he was a real police officer when he hit the lights behind them.

Unfortunately for Rosene, he hit the lights behind an actual police officer–one that was undercover, and smart enough to realize that Rosene’s Pontiac wasn’t regulation. So, he kept driving, and Rosene sped off. He wouldn’t make it far. Some more real police officers caught up to Rosene, and he was arrested for impersonating a police officer.

Next time, wait for Halloween Josh, you’ll have a better defense.
