On Friday Chris Brown won temporary joint custody of his daughter Royalty.
The rapper celebrated by taking the toddler on stage during his gig in Albuquerque on Saturday.
However his success might be short-lived after Royalty's mother Nia Guzman's lawyers urged the judge to order an immediate drug test on the 26-year-old rapper.
And he agreed, forcing the star to give hair and urine samples on the spot, according to TMZ on Sunday.
Now the Don't Judge Me star must wait for the results of the test to find out whether that will impact his custody claim.
Chris had earlier been successful in court in Houston, Texas, where a source told TMZ that all of Chris's requests were granted.
Under the ruling, he and Nia share custody of their one-year-old, rotating every four days.
Chris also won a gag order against Nia, who has been bad-mouthing him on social media, and child support was set at his figure of $2,500 a month instead of the $15,000 she wanted.
TMZ's source also claimed Chris's mother must be present when he has physical custody of Royalty and added the couple must go into mediation to try to agree on a long-term custody and support agreement.
If they can't, the four-day rotation will continue and a trial will be scheduled.
Meanwhile, the baby was evidently allowed to leave court with her father as Chris took Royalty on stage, wearing a large pair of ear defenders, to show her to his thousands of fans at the Isleta Amphitheater in Albuquerque, New Mexico on Saturday evening.
On Sunday the proud papa, who is continuing his One Hell Of A Nite Tour, posted a black and white Instagram snap of him holding her on stage, captioned: 'Lil momma came on stage to say what's up! #royalty'
