And it looks like Wayne Rooney's favourite way to relax before a big game is to enjoy long, sleepy lie-ins with his two sons Kai, five, and Klay, two.
In an adorable photo shared to wife Coleen's Facebook page on Thursday, the Manchester United star was seen putting a protective arm around his two boys as they indulged in a morning in bed, paying no attention to his TV presenter beau when she told them to wake up.
The adorable snap showed Wayne's two sons resting on each of their father's arms as they relished in a deep sleep, made even cuter with the aid of a copper-toned filter.
But it looks like Coleen was eventually successful in waking up the boys as Wayne soon replied, 'Leave us alone,' on his own Facebook page.
