It may have been her little sister Kylie Jenner's 18th birthday, but Kim Kardashian made sure all eyes were on her.

The pregnant 34-year-old showcased her impressive cleavage as she arrived at The Nice Guy in Los Angeles on Sunday with husband Kanye West.

Kim wore a black tank top which barely contained her ample assets, with a sheer sweater over it.

The reality star wasn't just revealing her cleavage however - her famous derriere was also on display in a black pencil skirt.

Kim is almost six months along with her second child, but she still isn't ready to give up her heels, and sported a pair of sky high strappy sandals for the birthday bash.

Fortunately she had rapper Kanye, 38, to hold onto as she teetered into the celebrity hotspot.
