KIM KARDASHIAN AND KANYE WEST 'AGREE TO SETTLE WITH YOUTUBE FOUNDER FOR $440,000 OVER LEAKING THEIR ENGAGEMENT VIDEO

It has been nearly two years since Kanye West’s elaborate proposal to Kim Kardashian.

But the famous couple have only just resolved their legal battle with YouTube founder Chad Hurley over their leaked engagement video, according to reports.

It has been claimed by TMZ that Hurley, who left YouTube to create MixBit, has agreed to pay the Kimye $440,000 for secretly recording and posting the clip.

Kim and Kanye also argued that Hurley had signed a confidentiality agreement before he secretly recorded the video and posted on MixBit.

The gossip site reports that Hurley must pay the money in the next few days in order for the lawsuit to be dismissed.

Fans were finally able to see the moment the rapper asked Kim Kardashian to be his wife in all of its extravagant glory on Keeping Up With The Kardashians in February 2014.
