JOHN TERRY GETS OVER MOURIHO'S SNUB AND CITY DEFEAT BY ACQUIRING A RARE FERRERI

John Terry sported a forlorn look on the  bench after he was substituted by Mourinho first time ever, with no Explanation during his side’s defeat by Manchester City.

The Chelsea player got over it and had a reason to smile on Monday after taking delivery of a rare Ferrari 275.

Terry appeared to be in much better mood as he shared a photo of his newest car with fans on Instagram.

Accompanied simply by an ‘OK’ emoticon and the Instagram handle of car dealer Tom Hartley Junior, the 34-year-old posted an image of the blue motor – which is at least 47 years old – on the social media site.

Hartley Junior, who has over 20 years of experience dealing with high-end cars, took to Instagram to reveal the car had been sold to a new client three weeks ago

Alongside a picture of the car, Hartley Junior wrote: ‘Our very special, very rare Right Hand Drive 275 is now sold. Sold to a new client whom I’m pleased to get on the books. #Ferrari #275GTB #RHD’

Meanwhile, a friend of Terry has told Sportsmail that the defender is determined to prove himself to Mourinho after being replaced by Kurt Zouma on Sunday.
