The 26-year-old actor came to the limelight after starring in ‘Harry Potter’ franchise at the age of 11.
Speaking to Variety at the event, he said: ‘We have a national embarrassment about people saying nice things about us, so I was taken aback at first but then I had a real sense of gratitude. Only about 20 per cent of people who work in film and television end up on the Walk Of Fame. It’s kind of amazing.’
He was awarded for being recognised for his outstanding career over the past 15 years, carving way in Hollywood into adulthood.
