The pictures have now been re-released and show the star has barely aged a day since stripping off and getting wet and wild all those years ago.
Cameron, now 43, is seen with her arms above her head as she enjoys a spot of skinny dipping.
Posing completely topless, the star then lies back in the pool with her naked chest on full show.
She looks completely gorgeous with her blonde hair slicked back and minimal makeup apart from some heavily-applied lipstick.
In other pictures, the star is seen resting on the side of the pool and with her pert boobs taking centre spotlight.
In the same year the pictures were released, Cam landed roles in Being John Malkovich and Any Given Sunday.
In the accompanying interview the beauty revealed she wasn't always so carefree and confident.
She told the magazine: "I never did [consider myself beautiful]. I've got a nose that’s been broken three times and as a teenager I was so skinny at school that they nicknamed me Skeletor."
