This a true life story. Armed robbers attacked a house occupied by a man and his wife. After dispossessing them of money and valuables, one of the robbers called the man and gave him a pistol, asking him to shoot his wife.
The man broke down in tears and begged for his wife's life. He told the robber to kill him rather than his wife or any of his kids.
The robber then took the gun from the man and gave it to his wife and asked her to shoot her husband. Without hesitation, she pointed the gun at the man's head and pulled the trigger. Once, twice and 3 times, but the gun refused to fire
In shock and confusion, the wife kept clicking at the trigger until the armed robber took the gun from her and opened the bullet chamber. It was empty, the gun was not loaded. He looked deeply into the man's eyes, pocketed his gun, hissed and walked out of the house.
What would make the young woman try to shoot her hubby without blinking an eye?
Was she trying to get him out of the way so that she could carry on with another man?
Even if she was under duress to kill him, didn't her behaviour show that she was glad at the opportunity?
How safe will the man feel in that house afterwards? What kind of life do you think the man will be living with her after that incident?
